Shipping Policy

Each Master Law Prep workbook is printed to order by our UK printing and fulfilment partner, Bookvault.

Production and dispatch

Please allow approximately 7 working days for your workbook to be printed before it is dispatched.

This is an estimated production time and may be longer during busy periods or public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been sent.

Delivery options

Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Available UK services include Royal Mail, Delivery Group and DPD, with tracked and untracked options.

The delivery service selected at checkout applies only after the workbook has been printed and dispatched. Selecting Royal Mail 1st Class, tracked priority delivery or a timed DPD service does not shorten the production period.

For example, a DPD Pre 12:00 service means that the courier will aim to deliver the parcel before 12:00 on the relevant delivery day after dispatch. It does not mean that the workbook will arrive the day after the order is placed.

All production, dispatch and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Orders enter production shortly after purchase, so we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been submitted. If you notice an error, contact support@masterlawprep.co.uk immediately with your order number and the correct address.

International delivery

International delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for these charges.
