Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

Each Master Law Prep workbook is printed to order. We do not offer exchanges or discretionary returns beyond customers’ legal rights.

Returns after the cancellation period

After the statutory cancellation period has expired, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds because a customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the workbook.

Returns after this period will be accepted only where required by law, including where a workbook is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described.

After notifying us at support@masterlaw.co.uk with your order number, the workbook must be returned within 14 days to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return postage, and the workbook remains their responsibility until we receive it.

Returned workbooks must not be written in, marked, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them. We may reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value.

Order changes

Orders enter production shortly after purchase. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once submitted. Contact us immediately if you identify an error.

This does not affect any statutory right to cancel after receiving the workbook.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If a workbook arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described, contact support@masterlawprep.co.uk with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Do not return anything before receiving return instructions. We will provide the replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

International orders

International customers have any mandatory consumer rights applicable to their purchase. Unless a product is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage.
